Income and house values

The Streetvalue and PayCheck datasets created by CACI have been instrumental in the way housing analysts look at housing affordability within local markets.

Understanding characteristics and behaviour of each neighbourhood.

The income levels of local consumers and house values are important indicators of potential for many organisations. In the public sector household income is the most important measure of deprivation that is not covered by the Census of Population.

We provide postcode information on residential property values and household incomes. CACI's products Street Value and Paycheck hold the latest data at the most detailed geographical level.

PayCheck profiles income for all 1.6 million individual postcodes in the UK, using information on over 4 million households from CACI's lifestyle database, in conjunction with Census and market research data to increase statistical reliability.

StreetValue is based on over 9 million records from our Mortgage Market Database and is the only property price model to be based on real information from lenders. The ability of these two products to work side-by-side enables our customers the greatest insight into communities and the issues that affect them.

CACI have worked in partnership with the local authority and the County Council to better understand how ongoing development in competing centres will adversely affect the Borough's town centres. This assessment has helped galvanise the authority's commitment to securing the future for the town centres through coherent retail, leisure and housing strategies.
