Specialist Modules
Our Children's Centre Management solution utilises a number of specialist modules:
Children's Centre Manager - This is the main application in the Early Years product suite that includes information about children and their families, activities, contacts and attendances. The system provides analysis and reporting on cost effectiveness, SEF, reach, service providers and Every Child Matters outcomes.
Nursery Manager - This manages the day-to-day activities of day care provision, which includes bookings, waiting lists, ratios, invoicing, Education Grants, finances and reporting.
Lending Library - This provides a management tool for lending libraries, which includes loans and waiting lists, payments, catalogue, lending history and reporting.
SmartPocket - A mobile version of CCM using PDA's or Smart phones, this provides an out of office tool for gathering information on off-site service provision, contacts or home visits.
Web Based Solutions - a new way of working with no need for local office installation, unlike traditional software solutions. Features include low support requirements, increased flexibility and strong security.
Kiosk Information Systems - Run in partnership with Elephant Kiosks, we are working to develop new software that will enable all users to access managed information and services from the public sector quickly and effectively.
