We offer a complete training programme, with courses designed to give you with the techniques, skills and knowledge you need to use our solutions successfully.
We currently offer courses for BusinessObjects, Crystal Reports, QPR ScoreCard and ProcessGuide, as well as our own InView data warehouse framework.
BusinessObjects
Our BusinessObjects training courses range from one-day introductory courses, to more advanced courses, both of which are tailored for end users and system administrators. All courses are based on BusinessObjects XI, but we also run courses for clients operating versions 5 and 6 of the BusinessObjects and WebIntelligence products. Our training schedule currently covers Foundation and Advanced reporting using Desktop Intelligence XI and WebIntelligence XI, Design and Development, and Central System Administration courses.
Crystal Reports
For those clients operating Crystal Reports, we provide a Crystal Reports XI training course, a one-day technical course aimed at IS developers responsible for building corporate reports.
QPR ScoreCard & ProcessGuide
For clients running our QPR ScoreCard performance management solution, we offer a number of courses designed for end users, administrators and developers. For clients running QPR with BusinessObjects we also provide a workshop that explores common techniques for reporting within QPR. QPR ProcessGuide training is also available for clients using this application.
